Her accomplishments truly speak for themselves; Sasha is an impressive athlete. To be sponsored by one of the largest sports companies in the world (Adidas) and to be one of their top climbing athletes is no mean feat. She WILL be taking over commercial spots in the near future—Derrick Rose had better watch out!

I now have the privilege to be working with Sasha, helping her achieve more as an elite athlete. I design training programs to help athletes continue to succeed, and Sasha recognizes such training as a vital tool. My goal with Sasha is simple: to help. If she feels there is a weakness in her game, I want to turn it into a strength. If she feels she can't do certain moves, I want to make them second-nature. If she is trying to crush a comp or a particular route, I’ll design a program challenging enough, and specific enough for each goal—she’ll be in the best shape of her life, mentally and physically.

Every athlete is different. What differentiates Sasha is her ubiquitous presence in the climbing community; from world cups, sending some of the hardest outdoor routes in the world, bouldering, non-stop traveling, appearances/slide shows, etc. She seems to be everywhere at once. All that traveling takes its toll. As an athlete you want to be able to find equilibrium between the physical demands of travel and athletic performance. Having a predetermined training plan will help her find that necessary balance.

I'm excited to be able to help Sasha in her constant pursuit of success in this amazing sport. With a schedule like hers, if we are not working face to face she will have written programs and will be able to contact me with questions or concerns on her training. Whether I am training Sasha in DC, Boulder, or another country, she will get the best I have to offer. With my help I hope she can continue to push the boundaries in climbing—not just for women, but for the sport as a whole.
